7.8.4.5 Confirmation of Binding Entry (Factor Analysis)
Confirm the binding entry information using a show ipv6 natpt translation
command. When the relevant binding entry information does not exist, firstly
confirm whether the total entry is displayed as 1000/1000. When the total entry is
displayed as 1000/1000, no communication is possible because a new binding entry
cannot be created. Wait for another communication to terminate or delete an
unnecessary binding entry using clear ipv6 natpt translation command. Confirm the
contents of the setting in Subsection 7.8.4.6 when the total entry is not displayed as
1000/1000. When the relevant binding entry information exists, assign a detailed
option to a show ipv6 natpt translation command for execution and display the
statistics for each binding entry. Translation is performed by NAT-PT if the statistics
count increases. Confirm the state of IPv4 and IPv6 networks in Subsection 7.8.4.9 if
it does not increase. Confirm the contents of the setting in Subsection 7.8.4.7 if the
statistics count increases.
7.8.4.6 Confirmation of Configuration Definition NAT Rule
Confirm the contents of a translation rule using a configuration definition command
(CLIL type 1) (show natpt rule).
Binding entries of more than 1001 cannot
be created.
No binding entry exists when
translation is not performed.
A counter value increases when translation is per-
formed using the relevant binding entry.
